Jonathan Majors has officially returned to Hollywood following his guilty verdict and sentencing in the assault case that forced Marvel bosses to push the Kang actor out of the MCU.

The actor appeared at the 2024 NAACP Theatre Awards in Los Angeles on Monday with his new girlfriend, actress Meagan Good, on his arm.

The Creed star seemed completely at ease back in his comfort zone on the red carpet as he struck a few poses for photographers in his smart grey suit, sans a shirt.

Meagan flaunted her curves in a skin-tight light pink gown covered in sequins featuring a daring thigh-high slit and matching stilettos.

His smiley appearance marked Jonathan’s first red carpet since his sentencing in April, where he narrowly escaped jail time over a domestic violence incident involving his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.

Following more than a year of battling it out in court, the 34-year-old finally received his sentencing in April and has now made a seamless return to the spotlight with his new beau.

The Hollywood pair were first romantically linked last May and have made a handful of public appearances together since with Meagan standing fast by Jonathan’s side throughout his ordeal.

In December, Jonathan was found guilty of misdemeanor assault and harassment after a jury trial.

The jury acquitted him of the more serious charge, misdemeanor assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury and misdemeanor aggravated harassment in the second degree.

While the guilty verdict held a potential year in jail for the actor, Justice Michael Gaffey of the state Supreme Court in Manhattan handed down his conditional discharge sentence in April.

The actor avoided jail time as both parties involved in the case agreed the incident did not warrant such repercussions, instead, he was sentenced to a 52-week-long domestic violence intervention program for his assault on the British choreographer.

The judge also ruled that the Loki star must continue with mental health therapy.

While he avoided jail, the guilty verdict saw Jonathan losing his role as Kang the Conqueror in the MCU despite his character being slated as the main antagonist in two upcoming Avengers flicks and already making his Marvel debut in Loki as well as Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

The Devotion star told ABC News he was “shocked” with the guilty verdict when it was first handed down in December and when asked if he would return to his Hollywood career the actor replied: “I pray that I do.”
