Hollywood star Jeremy Renner, 52, was spotted using a cane to help himself walk as he made his way to the set of US talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live.
The Marvel actor smiled at fans as they waved supportive banners and signs for him as he prepared to open up about his “harrowing” ordeal.
Jeremy opted for a smart-casual look, wearing black trousers and a brown jacket over a camouflage shirt and some shades over his eyes to keep out the sun.
The star, who plays the superhero Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appeared on the show on Monday following the snow plough accident on New Year’s Day that left him with more than 35 broken bones.
The actor had been making a valiant attempt at protecting his nephew Alex from harm before he was crushed by the machine and taken to hospital for emergency surgery.
