NAGA MUNCHETTY has revealed a lifelong ambition that has finally been realised after the BBC Breakfast host took part in a gig away from the news programme.

Naga Munchetty, 45, shared a photograph on Instagram alongside her BBC Breakfast co-star Charlie Stayt, 58, yesterday. Fans were left stunned after the TV anchor revealed she took part in an activity she dreamed of "since she was a child".
The broadcaster shared a series of snaps of herself sat beside Charlie totally covered in gunge.
In view of her 37,600 followers, Naga typed: "This can be seen on @bbcone right now...#crackerjack.
"(Confession: I wanted to be gunged since watching CRACKERJACK as a child)."
In one snap, Naga can be seen completely drenched in green slime and Charlie too was covered in gunge.

It comes as the Breakfast duo recently took part in the CBBC series Crackerjack for the Christmas special.
The presenters were forced to play an extra-messy game of Splatterjack which sees the pair on their respective chairs receiving a slime dunking.
Fans flocked to comment on the post, as many praised the pair for being so "brave".
One person quizzed: "Was that clothes-friendly gunk or are they now ruined..."
Another person remarked: "That was brave," while another viewer chimed: "Look at Charlie's face."
"We loved it! How could they ruin that gorgeous blouse," another fan mused.
A fifth person added: "Made my morning."
Crackerjack is a British children's television series that first debuted in 1955 and aired for almost 30 years.

It has since made a return to viewers' screens with children's TV presenters Sam and Mark.
Meanwhile, the BBC host was recently praised after she shared a photo donating blood, adding that she was "happy to do so".
Fans praised the BBC Breakfast host for helping to "save lives" with her act of kindness.
Naga typed: "Happy to donate today @givebloodnhs. Happy Friday! 8 mins 30 (seconds) it took X."
In the replies section of the post, her followers applauded the star.
