Carol Vorderman, 58, donned a pair of leopard print leggings at the weekend to learn how to do a handstand.
The television presenter, who is currently standing in for Lorraine Kelly on her ITV morning show, showed off her flexibility on social media after learning the new skill.
During a Sunday morning segment on BBC Radio Wales, she was taught how to perform a handstand by Commonwealth Games medal-winning gymnast Raer Theaker, 22.
Taking to Twitter on Sunday, Carol promised her 401,000 followers that she would practice the new gymnastics move.
Sharing a series of pictures showing the former Countdown star upside-down at various stages of learning under guidance of the Welsh gymnast, Carol wrote on the social media site: “First stage of learning a handstand...#WeirdFeeling…chair procedure”
She continued: “Followed by legs up on Wall and walk hands back to the wall.”
Adding “promise I'll practise @raertheakerx...my new teacher...hooray for @bbcradiowales @bengomedia @OwainWynEvans".
The day before, Carol admitted to being “terrified” of learning the move, explaining on the social media site: “I'm not a scaredy cat of anything BUT I'm bloomin terrified. Must have had a bad fall as a kid or something.”

A white T-shirt and jumper highlighted her slim waist and toned stomach while her colourful leopard print leggings drew attention to her award-winning “rear of the year”.
Carol finished off her look with bright prink trainers and wore her hair is loose waves over her shoulders.
