Game of Thrones star Hafthor Bjornsson, 30, towered over his wife Kelsey Henson at the premiere of the eighth and final series of the HBO show last night.
The 6ft 9in Icelandic strongman, who currently holds the world’s strongest man title, posed for pictures with his petite 5ft 2 wife on the star-studded red carpet in New York.
The couple, who announced their marriage on social media last October, were dressed to impress at the event which took place at Radio City Music Hall.
The stars of the show including Emilia Clarke (who plays Daenerys Targaryen), Kit Harington (Jon Snow) and Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) were out in force to mark the hotly anticipated final series of the epic fantasy drama.
Hafthor, who plays Ser Gregor “The Mountain" Clegane in show, which is based on the books by George R. R. Martin, looked sharp in a blue patterned dinner jacket and bow tie.
His wife Kelsey, 29, looked sensational in a black floor length gown with featured a thigh-high slit at the side.
In the hugely popular television series, the actor’s fictional character becomes the personal bodyguard of Cersei Lannister, played Lena Headey, who is the current Queen of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros.
Last night he was reunited with Pedro Pascal, 44, who is best known for portraying the role of Oberyn Martell - who was famously killed by Hafthor's alter ego in series four.
The duo put on an animated display on the red carpet as they made their way into the venue to spend time with the cast of old and current stars.
