Taking to TikTok, user Lola rocked up to the hotel's grand entrance to see if she could enter the resort without staying overnight.

"Is this the hotel where the Witches was filmed?" she asked a security guard who confirmed the Rhol Dahl classic was set on the impressive grounds. "Were you in the film as a witch?" she joked.

"They used some rooms and the outside [when filming. How amazing is this?"

Hundreds of viewers flocked to the comments section in awe of the hotel, remisicing about the iconic film where the hotel becomes saturated with a coven of evil witches.

"Adding to my bucket list," one user raved. "It's a actuall hotel… it's my favorite movie of all time…"

Another agreed, commenting: "This is sooooo awesome! I love that movie growing up and I'd love to go here one day!"

A third added: "I've stayed here couple of times it's lovely," while a fourth penned: "I forgot about this film! It was one of my favourites as a kid."

However, not everybody seemed keen on visitng the Headland, with one user hilariously admitting: "That film scares me … Still at the ripe old age of 36… I won't watch it again."

Prices for an overnight stay at The Headland vary depending on availability - but a one night stay in November with bed breakfast will set you back at least £205.

Those just wanting to have a few hours in the hotel's award-winning pools without staying overnight can book online, with prices starting at £45 per adult and £20 for children.
