Former UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor has apologised for his antics at the UFC 223 media day in Brooklyn, where he threw a dolly through the window of a bus carrying his fellow fighters.
“I regret my actions that led me here today,” McGregor on Wednesday afternoon after his brief court hearing.
"I understand the seriousness of this matter and I am hopeful that it gets resolved soon. Thank you."

Jon Jones has claimed he wouldn't take Brock Lesnar lightly if he were to ever fight the former UFC heavyweight champion.
In response to a fan's question about the proposed super-fight, Jones tweeted: "I don’t underestimate Brock Lesnar, dudes been whooping a** his whole life.
"He’s just facing a different animal this time that’s all."

Former UFC welterweight and middleweight champion Georges St-Pierre has admitted he doesn't know who he'll fight next.
"I don’t know if it could be Nate Diaz, but I could be fighting," St-Pierre told News.com.au. "Who knows who I’m going to fight?
“When I try to predict the future, I always get caught up in these types of things, so I just try to live in the present moment."
