Conor McGregor planned on making a big announcement at UFC 223 before his antics at the event’s media day, according to Michael Bisping.
“By all accounts, Conor was going to be at the Barclays Center on Saturday night to make an announcement,” the former UFC middleweight champion said during the latest episode of his Believe You Me podcast.
“It was going to be a title fight or whatever the fight was going to be, I’m sworn to secrecy so I can’t say but he was going to be there.”

“Conor was a bit shook after the whole thing,” a source close to the 29-year-old is said to have told the Irish Sun.
