Conor McGregor leaves the Blanchardstown District Court in Dublin yesterday afternoon
The UFC’s lightweight champion turned up to the Blanchardstown District Court in Dublin in his £100,000 BMW i8 wearing a dark green Adidas tracksuit and bright white trainers.
McGregor, 29, was due in court in the morning but was in his bed when proceedings began.
The Notorious’ solicitor, Graham Kenny, had to drag him out of bed to make sure he attended the hearing, in which he revealed he earned a jaw-dropping £120m for his recent boxing match with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
McGregor’s choice of clothing for his court case perplexed many and gave off the impression that he wasn’t taking the legal proceedings seriously.
Kenny believes a mountain has been made out of a molehill and the UFC superstar's outfit shouldn't be a topic of conversation.
"I don't think anybody advises Conor on his clothing,” he said during an appearance on Liveline today on RTE Radio One.
