UFC 246 purses: Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone's purses for Las Vegas showdown unveiled
UFC 246 purses - Express Sport reveals how much the fighters on the UFC 246 main card will make, including Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone.
The UFC’s first pay-per-view card of the year takes place early on Sunday morning in Las Vegas. Topping the bill at the T-Mobile Arena is none other than former two-division champion Conor McGregor.
McGregor will be welcomed back to the Octagon by fellow fan favourite Donald Cerrone, whom he’ll meet in a welterweight match-up.
The eyes of the entire mixed martial arts world will be firmly fixed on the T-Mobile Arena to see if the Irishman can pick up his first victory since November 2016.
Just like his last outing - which took place in October 2018 - McGregor is expected to pick up the biggest payday of his mixed martial arts career.
It’s been reported his guaranteed purse for his 12 appearance inside the Octagon will be a whopping £3.8million ($5million).

It was also said Cerrone - the owner of the most wins in UFC history - would take home a guaranteed £1.25million ($2million).
The Nevada State Athletic Commission put to bed all rumours of the pair’s guaranteed earnings for the fight on Friday night, along with all the other participants' purses for this weekend’s card.
And it transpired that both men would be paid significantly less than what was reported. It’s worth noting both McGregor and Cerrone’s purses will be significantly topped up by their respective cuts of the pay-per-view revenue.
And if this card does anywhere near the average numbers for events headlined by McGregor, both men will receive sizeable additions to their purses.

"We have Australia, Canada and England and Ireland... it should be a good one."
He added: "[I made] $50m [against Khabib]. They think I'm toast but I'm still the bread."
