Cesc Fabregas: I wish Maurizio Sarri joined Chelsea earlier

But it didn’t matter for the Blues as they ran out 2-0 winners, however it was Fabregas’ substitution that stole the headlines.
The Spaniard exited the field to a raucous reception from the Stamford Bridge crowd, pushing him to tears.
The emotional scenes seemed to confirm his exit from the club, with Monaco expected to be his next destination.
And Hazard has now all-but confirmed Fabregas’ departure from Chelsea with his words after the game.
“In five years I can say that I was lucky to play with him,” Hazard said.
“Since the beginning when he came we won the double together.
“Top guy on the pitch and off the pitch.
“A great friend of mine.
“I just have admiration for this guy.
“I hope he will have a good future, it’s a bit hard now.
“He is still a very good player. He will enjoy it.”
Reports in Italy have already claimed terms have already been agreed between Monaco and Fabregas.
Sky Italy state that the central midfielder will join Monaco on a three-year contract, with Chelsea reportedly receiving £9million.
