The Minnesota Timberwolves star has reportedly requested a trade ahead of the upcoming season.
Shams Charania and Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic revealed the shooting guard has three teams in mind.
Brooklyn Nets, Los Angeles Clippers and New York Knicks are supposedly Butler’s preferential destinations if he leaves Minnesota.
Butler impressed last season with the Timberwolves.
However, reports this summer claimed Butler was frustrated with the likes of Karl-Anthony Towns and Wiggins over their attitude.
And Wiggins’ brother, Nick, took to Twitter to reveal his thoughts on Butler possibly leaving.
In response to Charania’s tweet which broke the news, he said: “Hallelujah.”
His post was accompanied with a smiling emoji.
However, the tweet has since been deleted after circulating on social media.
On Nick’s response, NBA broadcaster Colin Cowherd claimed his comments have come directly from Andrew.
“His brother is now saying Hallelujah?” Cowherd said.
“That’s coming from Andrew.
“That tells you that Andrew Wiggins didn’t want to share it.
“The things a mess.”
Butler can become a free agent next summer.
However, the shooting guard is happy to opt in to a max contract with the Timberwolves to then be traded in the coming weeks.
