So he thinks Liverpool are in a great position to end their 28-year wait for the league title.
“They will be the team to beat, that’s for sure,” Tyler said of City on Sky Sports News.
“Probably Liverpool are in the best shape you would think (to challenge them) after their excellent transfer dealings.
“The way that they handled the matches against Manchester City last season, obviously the first one didn’t go too well when Mane got sent off, but after that they did extremely well, better than anybody else.

“So you would think they are going to be their main rivals.
“It’s still extraordinary to me that Liverpool haven’t won the league since 1990.
“The others are all works in progress. I’m sure you’ve done a Jose Mourinho story today, everybody seems to be doing it.
“Spurs haven’t signed anybody, Arsenal are under new management, Chelsea under new management.”
Liverpool start their Premier League campain this Sunday when they host West Ham (1.30pm).
