Manager Gareth Southgate insists the Three Lions will go for a win tonight, even if a draw and a few bookings will put them into the lower, more favourable half of the knockout stage.
Both England and Belgium are expected to announce changes for tonight.
And Damir Skomina will be in the middle of it all.

And England fans may also remember Skomina as the ref who oversaw their shock exit from Euro 2016.
Slovenian ref Skomina was in charge of that fateful game in France when England was unceremoniously dumped out of the competition to Iceland.
Iceland stunned the Three Lions and left Roy Hodgson’s side bewildered as they exited at the last-16 stage.

England vs Belgium bookings
And fans from England and Belgium may also be worried about Skomina’s presence.
For the ref averages over four yellow cards per game.
Skomina dishes out 4.3 yellows per game and a red every 7.2 matches.
He also awards a penalty every 8.2 games which, with the World Cup already proving controversial for its use of VAR for penalties, suggests another could be on its way today.
