Wednesday, June 20
Man Utd eye Boateng
Manchester United could move for Jerome Boateng instead of Toby Alderweireld.
United are keen to sign a centre-back this summer and Alderweireld is their top choice.
But Boateng could be a cheaper alternative if Tottenham refuse to do business.
Spurs could demand as much as £75m for Alderweireld, while the Manchester Evening News claim Boateng is available for £50m.
Barcelona plan
Barcelona and Juventus are in talks over a deal to bring Miralem Pjanic to Spain - and Manchester United could be hit by the repercussions.
Talks between Barca and Juve have begun, with Juve CEO Beppe Marotta agreeing with manager Max Allegri a £70.4m price for their superstar.
And Italian newspaper Tuttosport claim the proposed deal will have a knock-on effect on Manchester United.
That’s because Juve will seek to immediately reinvest the Pjanic money into a deal to sign United target Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
Lazio want £105m for Milinkovic-Savic - a fee that is way beyond Juve’s budget unless they sell first.
Chelsea plan Willian replacement
Chelsea have a replacement for Willian lined up in case Manchester United move for the Brazilian.
Manager Jose Mourinho is keen on bringing Willian to Old Trafford, even if the move costs £60m.
And Chelsea hope to waste little time landing a replacement, with Aleksandr Golovin on their radar.
The Blues are currently favourites ahead of Arsenal to land the Russia international, whose agent this week admitted is learning English this summer.

Man Utd budget
Manchester United will need to stretch their transfer budget to accommodate Jose Mourinho’s targets.
That is according to the Manchester Evening News, who claim Mourinho has drawn up a pricey wish list this summer.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic could cost as much as £100m, while Gareth Bale and Toby Alderweireld won’t come cheap.
United have already committed to paying £70m for midfielder Fred and defender Diogo Dalot this summer.
And the boss may easily top the £250m mark if he is to land all his targets, although player sales may help to outweigh some of the spend.
Real Madrid eye Milinkovic-Savic
Real Madrid are the only team who can prise Sergej Milinkovic-Savic out of Lazio.
That is according to Sky Sport Italia.
They claim the Manchester United and Juventus target is priced too high for any other club to sign him.
The Serbia international is priced at around £105m, although Lazio dream of that figure rising to £140m.
Lazio remain insistent that Milinkovic-Savic is not for sale and they have already rejected a low-balled bid from Juve this summer.
