Moreno was named on the bench by Jurgen Klopp but picked up a knock during the warm-up at Goodison Park.
And as a result, Camacho has been drafted in and will be on the bench.
Camacho, who joined from Manchester City in 2016, has been a regular in the Liverpool youth teams.
The 17-year-old’s preferred position is on the wing but has played at wing-back for coach Steven Gerrard and he has tipped Camacho for big things in the future.

He said: "Rafa Camacho will tell you that it’s probably not his favourite position but he can become a top wing-back if he wants to."

Subs: Mignolet, Firmino, Camacho, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Masterson, Alexander-Arnold, Jones.
