Barcelona news: Philippe Coutinho unfazed by Brazil boss Tite's tactical decision
PHILIPPE COUTINHO was played in a slightly unfamiliar position for Brazil this week.
Philippe Coutinho was in action for Brazil on Friday
The Barcelona star featured as his country beat Russia 3-0 in an international friendly on Friday.
Coutinho netted a penalty either side of goals from Miranda and Paulinho during the clash.
But the former Liverpool man was deployed in an unusual position by Brazil boss Tite.
Used to playing close to, or alongside, the strikers, Coutinho yesterday found himself dropping deeper into midfield to pick up the ball.
But the Barca star wasn't perturbed by playing in the unfamiliar position.

Tite changed my position a bit with Paulinho staying a little behind the line
"We found a bit of difficulty in the first half and in the second half we corrected some things and we left happy because we managed play well," he said.
"In the second half I changed the position a bit, I was particularly coming back to receive the ball.
"Tite changed my position a bit with Paulinho staying a little behind the line of four attackers and this helped facilitate our attacks.
"It's always a great joy when you are wearing the Selecao shirt and the fans shout your name, you feel this affection and this is important for us."
Coutinho has been playing in attack for Barcelona since his January switch.
The club-record signing is being used alongside Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez as Andres Iniesta continues to play in the middle of the park.
