Loftus-Cheek has spent the season on loan at Crystal Palace.
The Eagles travel to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea today though Loftus-Cheek is ineligible.
But while he may be facing his own battles as Palace bid for Premier League survival, Loftus-Cheek hasn’t turned a blind eye to Chelsea.
The Blues sat five points behind fourth-placed Tottenham going into the weekend.

And with nine games still to go, Loftus-Cheek believes the gap can still be closed.
Loftus-Cheek told Chelsea’s official website: “I think we have every chance of finishing in the top four if we can put a run together.
“It’s always a good game against Tottenham at the Bridge so that will be a big one in a few weeks.”
Chelsea face Crystal Palace having been beaten by the south London club earlier in the season.
A Cesar Azpilicueta own goal as well as Wilfried Zaha’s strike earned the Eagles a 2-1 win for their first Premier League victory of the season.

And though he’s ineligible, the Loftus-Cheek will be at Stamford Bridge to see his parent club battle his loan club.
The midfielder added: “Both teams need to win.
“For Palace, a draw would be fantastic. The run of games they’ve had hasn’t been great but they’ve done well in a lot of those matches.
“They were unlucky against Man United but I think it will be a good game.”
