Arsenal news: Ian Wright slams 26 signings Arsene Wenger has made
ARSENAL legend Ian Wright struggled to pick one defender Arsene Wenger has bought that would have got into his team when he played for the Gunners.

Following Arsenal’s Carabao Cup final defeat to Manchester City yesterday, Arsene Wenger’s side have come under severe scrutiny.
Wright was not keen on discussing the topic on BBC Radio 5 Live tonight due to the pain he was feeling from the 3-0 defeat.
But Steve Claridge wanted to have his say and claimed Arsenal have quickly gone backwards over the last two seasons under Wenger.
“They were going gradually downhill,” Claridge said.
They have drastically gone downhill over the last two years
“(Now) they have drastically gone downhill over the last two years.
“What he’s done by staying is he’s just exacerbated the situation. Honestly, if he knew a way out of it, he would have got out of it a long time ago.”
Claridge went on to ask Wright out of 28 defenders Wenger has bought since becoming manager in 1996, how many would get into the Arsenal team he played in.
The only two Wright considered were Lauren and Kolo Toure, who were both part of the historic Invincibles team who went the entire 2003/04 season unbeaten.
