Arsenal and Chelsea could move for Luis Enrique in the summer
Antonio Conte looks to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge, if not soon then likely at the the end of the season, and Chelsea are looking to line up his replacement, with Enrique currently their number one choice.
But Arsenal have now entered the running as they eye up a potential successor to long-term manager Arsene Wenger, according to Barcelona-based newspaper Mundo Deportivo.
Enrique made his name as a manager while in charge of Barcelona where he guided the club to an historic treble in his first season, capturing La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League titles.
He won the domestic double during his second season with the club and the Copa del Rey in his third and final campaign.

He has also managed Barcelona’s B team, Roma and Celta Vigo.
The Spaniard has been out of a job since he resigned as Barcelona boss in June 2017 and has since taken a sabbatical from football.
Chelsea remain in pole position to coax Enrique back into management but after the Gunners appointed former Barcelona chief Raul Sanllehi as their new head of football relations, things could be swung in their favour.

Wenger signed a two-year deal at Arsenal in May last year but another season outside of the Champions League places could end up costing the Frenchman his job.
Enrique would then become one of the main candidates to take over at the Emirates.
