The 20-year-old will initially link up with Wolves’ Under-23 team instead of troubling Nuno Espirito Santo’s senior side.
Stevenson has made 48 appearances for Coventry and helped the Sky Blues to the Checkatrade Trophy last season.

The 25-year-old target man is travelling down to east London ahead of his deadline day transfer, according to Sky Sports.
He has scored eight goals in the Championship for Preston this season.
Jack Colback to Nottingham Forest
Newcastle United midfielder Jack Colback is joining Nottingham Forest, according to Sky Sports.
The 28-year-old will make the move to the City Ground on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Colback has been frozen out by Rafa Benitez this season after helping Newcastle to promotion last term.
