Paul Mariner on potential of Olivier Giroud joining Chelsea
Olivier Giroud was rumoured to be part of a deal for Aubameyang and heading in the opposite direction to the Bundesliga, but his wife was reportedly not keen on the move.
Mariner pointed out Chelsea is still in London so not only would it be a good move for Giroud but also for his other half.
“I feel sorry for this guy, I really do,” Mariner said.
“He’s been offered to a lot of teams in Europe.
