Reports have emerged suggesting Dzeko’s switch to Stamford Bridge is being held up by the player’s agent.
It had been suggested that his representative was expected to fly to London to hold talks with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia, however a move could break down due to visa issues.
When asked for his thoughts about the Dzeko deal, Conte said: “No news on Dzeko.
“I don’t like to talk about the transfer market.”

And when pressed for his thoughts more generally about the transfer market, Conte added: “No, I don’t need anything.
“I’m a coach and I continue to work with the players I have.
“They are great players.”
