It was claimed this morning that Dzeko’s agent Irfan Redzepagic had flown to London for talks with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia.
However, Bosnian TV journalist Haris Mrkonja claims to have spoken to the agent, who insists he is yet to visit the UK.
Mrkonja tweeted: “I talked with Dzeko agent over the phone. He claims he still isn't in London, and still waiting for his British visa.
“Contacts with CFC proceed over the phone.
“Only when he gets his visa he'll be able to travel to London.”

Dzeko has started up front for Roma in their Serie A clash with Sampdoria.
There are reports this could be his last match before he heads to Chelsea.
Blues manager Antonio Conte is desperate for a new striker and Dzeko appears to fit the bill after impressing in Italy.

The former Manchester City striker is wanted alongside Emerson, with Chelsea keen on a double deal before next Wednesday’s transfer deadline.
Mrkonja adds that no deal for Dzeko can be done until Redzepagic is allowed into the capital.
