ARSENAL have been spreading some Christmas cheer ahead of their Europa League tie with BATE Borisov, visiting local hospitals and handing out presents.

Arsenal players from both the men’s and women’s teams dropped into Whittington Hospital on Tuesday armed with sacks of presents for the patients.
Alexis Sanchez, Per Mertesacker, Alex Scott and Heather O'Reilly were among the stars stopping by alongside club mascot Gunnersaurus.
Other squad members including Mesut Ozil, Laurnet Koscielny and Olivier Giroud made the trip to the Teenage Cancer Trust at University College London.
The Premier League stars played pool and table football with the patients, while also posing for photos and chatting to the children staying there.
Many of the first-team players are expected to have the night off when Arsenal take on BATE Borisov tomorrow, with the Gunners having already secured top spot in their Europa League group.
