Chelsea news: Andrea Pirlo hints at coaching role alongside Antonio Conte
ANDREA PIRLO has hinted one of his plans after announcing his retirement could be to move into coaching.

Pirlo confirmed yesterday that he will bring his glittering career to an end at the end of the year.
The 38-year-old won six Serie A titles and two Champions League trophies as well as the World Cup with Italy in 2006.
Widely regarded as one of the best midfielders in world football of his generation, he moved to New York City in 2015.
And once he hangs up his boots, he plans to return to Europe and hinted he could reunite with Conte, who he played under at Juventus and for Italy.

"His attention to detail is impressive," Pirlo told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"One of his 20-minute video sessions is worth three days on the training ground.
“You immediately understand what it is you have to do. He is one of the best, absolutely."

“My future, I don't know yet. I will will return to Italy in December.
"An assistant to Conte? People are saying that. I have my ideas but I need time to decide.”
Pirlo was linked with a role at Chelsea as early as April this year and Conte attempted to play down those rumours.
But he refused to rule out a future reunion with Pirlo.
