Perisic has been linked with a summer switch to Manchester United for the majority of this transfer window.
Jose Mourinho is looking to make major improvements to his squad ahead of the addition of Champions League football to his side's schedule next season.
They have already spent over £100million on two signings, with defender Victor Lindelof and striker Romelu Lukaku joining.
They also want to sign Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic but Inter are also interested and are willing to pay what the Blues want, according to Solhekol.

Inter are holding out for £48million and it's hoped a deal can be structured so they can get close to that
United were not willing to pay £48million up front for Perisic but Solhekol explained how a compromise could be reached between the two giants.
"We said that Inter wanted Matic and they are trying very, very hard to keep hold of Ivan Perisic," he said on Sky Sports News.
"Keeping him seems to be a priority for the Italian club at the moment, although talks with Manchester United continue.
