Batshuayi joined Chelsea in a £33million deal from Marseille last summer but has struggled for game time in his first season at Stamford Bridge.
The Belgium international made just one Premier League start for the new champions but has scored four in his last three outings, including the winner at West Brom to secure the title.
And according to The Mirror, former Chelsea manager Rafa Benitez will look to bring the 32-year-old to Newcastle on a season-long loan this summer.

Benitez guided Newcastle to the Championship title this year and is keen for more Premier League experience ahead of their top-flight return.
Despite his limited playing time, Batshuayi recently insisted he is happy to fight for his place in Antonio Conte's first-team plans.
The former Standard Liege striker said: “We have a very good squad, with lots of good players.

“Lovely and humble lads too. Chelsea feels like a big family. When you can work in those conditions, day in, day out, that’s magnificent.
“Of course there were frustrations because I didn’t play a lot. So enjoying myself with the team-mates wasn’t always that simple.
“But I also understood that I had some to work to do. But I’m happy. My team-mates have always been supporting me.”
