Manchester United are planning a major overhaul of their squad under Jose Mourinho this summer.
United are already plotting moves for Kyle Walker and Danny Rose, with the former widely tipped to leave after falling out of favour with Mauricio Pochettino.
The Red Devils were keen on signing Dier in January and could now resurrect their interest, with Jose Mourinho eager to bolster his midfield.
Reports earlier this week claimed Dier wants to leave Spurs after supposedly having his head turned.

His current contract runs up in four years.
