Tottenham plot £25m transfer for Gylfi Sigurdsson if Everton scupper Ross Barkley deal
TOTTENHAM are planning to re-sign Swansea star Gylfi Sigurdsson, according to reports.
Gylfi Sigurdsson is reportedly a £25m target for Tottenham
Tottenham are considering re-signing Gylfi Sigurdsson this summer if they fail to land Ross Barkley from Everton.
The London Evening Standard claim Spurs are willing to make a £25million bid for the Iceland international.
But the deal will reportedly only be pursued if they fail to sign their No 1 target Barkley.
The Toffees are said to be demanding £50million for the England international which could scupper a move to White Hart Lane.

Swansea star Gylfi Sigurdsson's greatest hits
Speaking in December about a move for Sigurdsson, Mauricio Pochettino said: "I think he was a perfect player for us.
"But, in that moment, it was the club's decision and his decision to move to Swansea to find another way.
"Every time we've met him, he's shown his qualities, not only as a player, but as a man.
Spurs have a good working relationship with Swansea having completed five successful transfers over the past three years.

Besides Sigurdsson’s move, the Welsh club have signed Kyle Naughton and Tom Carroll, while Tottenham have snapped up Michel Vorm and Ben Davies.
However, Swansea boss Paul Clement has admitted he will be doing everything possible to keep the Iceland star at the Liberty Stadium along with striker Fernando Llorente.
"You always want to keep your best players and they have been excellent, not just since I have been here but all season," Clement said.
“We are going to have those discussions, myself and the chairman Huw Jenkins and the two main owners in the early days of next week to decide how we move forward.”
