Michy Batshuayi's late goal against the Baggies wrapped up the Premier League title for Antonio Conte's side, and ensured that the majority of the Chelsea players have a winner's medal on the way.
A player needs to appear in five Premier League matches during a title-winning season in order to qualify for a medal, down from the previous quota of ten matches which was lowered at the begining of the 2012/13 campaign.
This means there have been a few surprising recipients over the years, with a quartet of Chelsea payers due to join the shocking list this season.

The Premier League board does have the power to grant special dispensation and additional medals to certain players (usually utilised for reserve goalkeepers or injured squad members), but currently several figures in the Chelsea team are set to miss out.
