Leeds boss Garry Monk came out in defence of the player after the game.

The 25-year-old has until 18:00 BST today to reply to the charge.
Leeds were already a goal down when the incident occurred and were chasing the game against promotion rivals Reading.
The two clubs are locked in a play-off battle, with second place in the Championship still mathematically possible to obtain.
