If Massimo Cellino calls I'll listen: Former Leeds man open to future deal
EX-LEEDS sporting director Nicola Salerno has suggested he is open to the possibility of working with Massimo Cellino again.
Nicola Salerno has admitted he would work with Massimo Cellino in the future
Nicola Salerno joined Leeds in 2014 during Massimo Cellino's takeover of the club.
The pair had worked together previously at Cagliari and Cellino appointed Salerno to the role of sporting director.
But he did not last long in the role following the bizarre sacking of assistant coach Steve Thompson in 2015 for an "internal matter".

Two months after the incident Salerno left his post and has since had spells working at Watford and most recently Palermo.
However, despite his bad experience at Elland Road, the 60-year-old has admitted he would consider working with Cellino again.
"What is the relationship with Cellino? So many ups and downs, but we are bound by a deep friendship," Salerno told Italian outlet Mediagol.
"When he called me at Leeds, I said yes without thinking twice.
"If Cellino calls me to start over with Brescia? I have a contract with Palermo and I intend to respect it.
"Then we'll see."
