Pep Guardiola’s side drew 2-2 with Arsenal yesterday after going ahead twice, and Owen was disappointed with City’s defending at the Emirates.
Owen told BetVictor: “Chelsea haven’t lost back-to-back home games in the PL since the Andre Villas-Boas era in November 2011.
“And I don’t expect them to lose two on the spin under Antonio Conte.

“The neutral would love to see a City win which might breathe new life into the title race.
“But I was disappointed with City especially in the second half at the Emirates on Sunday and they will have to defend better at the Bridge if they are to get anything from the league leaders.”
