The 21-year-old has started just seven Premier League games for the Reds this term.
And the Belgium international has told Jurgen Klopp, while away on international duty, that it is not enough.

"I want to play more and I have always said I want to express myself," Origi told Sky Sports.
"But in the end all you can do is try to get to your highest level and it's the manager who makes the choice.
"All I can do is force him to make the choice my way by being good on the pitch and helping the team."
Origi has made 34 appearances in all competitions this term, scoring eight goals and providing four assists.
He is under contract at Anfield until June 2019.
