Verratti, 24, has been linked with Premier League duo Manchester United and Chelsea.
It was claimed Verratti would be staying with Paris Saint-Germain last week, which appeared to end United and Chelsea's hopes of signing the France international.

However, his agent's latest comments will put the Premier League giants back on red alert.
"The situation is extremely complicated, he’s tied to a very important contract until 2021,” Verratti’s agent told Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
"He wants to win and, with PSG as they are now, he cannot win.

"He’s been in Paris for 5 years and now has to make a decision: to earn a lot without winning or earn or to become a champion?
"It's not a question of money: anyone who buys Verratti would pay a lot. Because there is at least one thing for sure: he leaves PSG, it will be for a top European club."
Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte are both keen on adding quality to their respective squads, but could have to stump up around £70million if they want to secure Verratti's signature.
