Cristiano Ronaldo wants Real Madrid to beat Arsenal and Man Utd scouts to next sensation
CRISTIANO RONALDO has reportedly told Real Madrid officials to sign Andre Silva from Porto - before a Premier League side gets there first.
A look back on Ronaldo's INCREDIBLE tricks and goals
Cristiano Ronaldo’s influence at Real Madrid appears to have not waned and the Portugal international is said to be keen to link up with compatriot Silva.
Both Arsenal and Manchester United sent scouts to Portugal last month to assess the viability of bidding for 21-year-old Silva this summer.
But Portuguese newspaper A Bola claim Real will try and muscle in on a deal for the Portugal international.
According to the report, were Silva to arrive it would likely spell the end of Karim Benzema’s Bernabeu career.
Silva is valued at £52.5million (€60m) and has scored 23 goals for club and country this season.

He is expected to start for Porto in the Champions League tonight when they face Juventus in the second leg of their last-16 tie.
Juve won the first leg in Portugal 2-0 and are firm favourites to progress to the quarter-finals.
As for Real, they are firmly in the hat for the last-eight after beating Napoli 6-2 over two legs.
