Paul Merson: This is what will happen when Arsenal take on Lincoln in FA Cup
PAUL MERSON is expecting Arsenal to get back to winning ways with a comfortable home win over Lincoln in the FA Cup quarter-finals this evening (5.30pm).
Paul Merson predicts 4-0 win for Arsenal against Lincoln
Arsenal have lost both of their games in March, a 3-1 defeat at Liverpool to fall out of the Premier League top four and a 5-1 thumping to Bayern Munich to exit the Champions League.
And former Gunners striker Merson believes non-league side Lincoln provide the perfect opportunity for Arsene Wenger’s side to pick up a win to progress to the FA Cup semi-finals.

The Imps have already proved their giant-killing potential under the leadership of duo Danny and Nicky Cowley - beating Burnley 1-0 at Turf Moor in the previous round.
But Merson believes the gulf between Arsenal and Lincoln will be too much for the National League leaders and is predicting a 4-0 win at the Emirates Stadium.
He told Sky Sports: “Arsenal need a result badly and they will get one here.

“The gulf between the two sides will be ridiculous, especially on the carpet of a pitch at the Emirates.
“This is Arsenal's only chance now of any sort of success this season so I don't see anything other than a home win.
“It's great Lincoln have got to this stage but this is where it will end for them.”
