Oxlade-Chamberlain came off for Arsenal in the 82nd minute of their 2-0 win over Hull yesterday at the Emirates.
The 23-year-old has struggled to nail down a first-team spot under Arsene Wenger.
But Wright was effusive in his praise for the midfielder.
And he thinks Oxlade-Chamberlain should be starting and completing the full 90 minutes of games.

“It must be so demoralising for him.”
Arsenal are third in the table, nine points behind Premier League leaders Chelsea.
