That is according to ex-Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer.
Antonio Conte’s side have a nine-point lead on Spurs heading into this weekend’s fixtures.
And while Tottenham are maintaining pace on Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool have begun to fall away of late.
Schwarzer excluded the Premier League giants from those he feels could still harm the Blues this season.

Mark Schwarzer feels his former club Chelsea are almost within reach of the Premier League trophy
City sit third, 10 points behind, while United have a huge 14 points to make up on Chelsea.
However, Pep Guardiola’s side have been revitalised with the arrival of Gabriel Jesus up front, and Jose Mourinho’s men are steadily progressing having gone unbeaten in 15 league games.
For Chelsea to lose their grasp on the trophy from here though, Schwarzer says they would have to drop points at lesser sides.
“They are almost there, but there’s still lot of football to be played,” Schwarzer told BBC’s Premier League Show.

The two Manchester clubs are ones they still have to be careful of
Mark Schwarzer
“The two Manchester clubs are ones they still have to be careful of.
“And of course I think their major threat is Tottenham.
“Chelsea only have two of the top six teams to play, so they are (Spurs) going to have to rely on Chelsea slipping up.”
The Blues have lost just three top-flight games this season, away at Spurs and Arsenal, and at home to Liverpool.
