The Atletico Madrid boss has been strongly linked with a move to the Emirates in recent seasons.
And with Arsenal struggling in the league this term, questions have started to arise about Arsene Wenger’s future with his contract running out in the summer.
But Balague doesn’t think Simeone would live up to Arsenal fans’ expectations.

“He just doesn't fit what Arsenal is about.
“Arsene Wenger has to decide his own future with a two-year contract still on the table but a style has been built at Arsenal.
