The France international had gone on strike after initially being refused a transfer at the start of the window.

And Payet’s mural of him around the edge of London Stadium has gone.

Last month West Ham deployed a security guard to stand in front of the Payet mural during their home games after it became apparent the player wanted to leave.
Now, Carroll’s wonder goal from just weeks ago is in the Frenchman’s place.
Carroll, 28, scored the goal in the 3-0 win over Crystal Palace last month.
