The Spain international has struggled for game time at Stamford Bridge following the appointment of Antonio Conte in the summer.
His lack of minutes has led to speculation he could be about to join Chelsea’s London rivals.

But Sky Sports claim there is no chance of Fabregas leaving Stamford Bridge for the London stadium today.
However, the Hammers aren’t the only club interested in securing his signature.

Italian trio Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan all retain an interest in the former Barcelona star.
Should he stay, Fabregas is expected to play some part in Chelsea’s crunch Premier League clash with Liverpool tonight (8pm).
The Blues travel to Anfield aiming to extend their lead over Jurgen Klopp’s side to 13 points.
