Man United chasing £52m deal as Antoine Griezmann move edges closer
MANCHESTER UNITED are reportedly keen to follow up their interest in Antoine Griezmann by raiding Atletico Madrid for his team-mate Kevin Gameiro.
The best and worst of France star Antoine Griezmann
Griezmann is Jose Mourinho's top target for Manchester United.
Reports emerged yesterday suggesting a deal has been agreed in principle for the Frenchman, which includes the player's weekly wage and shirt number.
The United board it is thought, would have to spend at least £86m on the player.
Manchester United are keeping their eye on Kevin Gameiro
Antoine Griezmann has been heavily linked to Manchester United
And now according to Spanish news outlet Don Balon, United won't stop at Griezmann.
It is thought they will chase a deal for his team-mate Kevin Gameiro too.
Although the report claims that Gameiro, who only joined Atletico last summer, is attracting interest from Paris Saint-Germain, United will rival them for his signature.
Manchester United are also interested in Yannick Carrasco
Should United pursue a move for Gameiro, it is thought the 29-year-old will set them back £52m.
United are also believed to be eyeing a deal for Yannick Carrasco, who has reconciled with his manager Diego Simeone after a recent bust-up.
