Manchester United have included a buy-back option and sell-on clause in Memphis Depay's Lyon deal
Jose Mourinho claimed earlier in January that he would be happy to see Memphis stay or go during the transfer window, with the Dutchman having lacked game time.
And once the deal goes through, which also includes a buy-back option and a sell-on clause, United will have offloaded both outcasts Morgan Schneiderlin and Memphis for a combined figure of over £40m.
Mourinho will not look to replace either player mid-season, but is expected to spend big at Old Trafford come the summer.
