Liverpool News: French international poised for January transfer
MAMADOU SAKHO looks set for a January departure having been withdrawn from Liverpool’s Under-23 squad to play Manchester United yesterday.

The France international was banished to the reserves having been sent home from Liverpool's pre-season training camp in California because Jurgen Klopp was unhappy with his attitude.
Sakho, 26, has played the majority of games in Premier League 2, but didn't feature as the club are seeking to offload him permanently.

Sky Sports reporter Vinny O’Connor said: "Sakho was left out of Liverpool’s Under-23 squad yesterday. It’s not the first time this month he’s been left out.

Liverpool are demanding a fee in the region of £20m for their centre-back with Premier League duo Swansea and Southampton interested in securing his services.
