Chelsea are flush with cash after selling Oscar to Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG for £60million this month.
And they could offload Diego Costa before deadline day in abig-money deal following the striker’s bust-up with manager Antonio Conte.
Costa’s agent Jorge Mendes is currently in China and Express Sport understands he could earn up to £600,000 a week in the Far East.

And Cundy, who started his career at Chelsea before moving to Spurs in 1992, says Kane and Alli should be targeted.

"But go after Harry Kane and Dele Alli.
"They can go to a proper club with ambition. They could with that sort of money.
"They had £60m for Oscar and £90m for Diego Costa, you can buy who you want with that kind of money.
"If you said to chairman Daniel Levy to £150m, they would go, wouldn't they?"
