And according to The Sun, he is set to go head-to-head to with Manchester City for both players in a deal worth £60m.
This is despite Walker and Rose only signing new long-term deals with Spurs last summer.

I have to continue like this, I cannot let it go to my head
Antonio Conte is keen on Cologne’s Jonas Hector and West Ham star Michail Antonio.
The Times claim Conte has concerns about Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso.
The report suggests that while Conte is a fan of Hector, Antonio might prove to be more difficult.
Jurgen Klopp has warned suitors Liverpool ace Philippe Coutinho is not for sale.
The Brazilian, who could play some part against Southampton tomorrow (7:45pm), has been linked to Barcelona.
But Klopp is adamant his prize asset is going nowhere.
Andrea Belotti won't be moving to Arsenal
He said: “It would be nice if big clubs thought like this and forgot about a player completely because he's been injured for five or six weeks.
“But big clubs don't think this way unfortunately.”
Andrea Belotti claims he is happy at Torino despite Arsenal showing interest.
Arsenal supposedly made a £56million bid for the player, which was later denied.
But when asked about the interest expressed by Arsenal, Belotti told Italian paper Tuttosport: “I have to continue like this, I cannot let it go to my head.
“I always have to work, I hope to play a good 2017 to conquer my dreams.”
