Neymar has been at Barcelona since signing from Santos in 2013.
The Brazil international is a popular figure at the Nou Camp having fired the Catalan giants to two La Liga titles in three seasons.
During that time he has racked up an impressive record of 91 goals from 159 games.
Manchester United were alerted to his availability over the summer but Jose Mourinho could not persuade him to move to Old Trafford.

Mourinho's predecessors Louis van Gaal and David Moyes also reportedly tried to lure Neymar to the Red Devils during their spells in charge.
And it seems that move is now dead in the water with Neymar's heart set on a return to Brazil.
"It would be a great honour for me to play for Flamengo, at the Maracana," he said after a charity match.

"I’d be playing here every day. It’s a club I’d love to play for."
However, Neymar is unlikely to make the switch anytime soon.
The 24-year-old has a buyout clause worth a reported £210million after penning a new Barcelona contract until 2021 back in October.
