Recent reports have suggested the 29-year-old could join Oscar in China.
It is thought Fabregas isn’t unhappy with life at Stamford Bridge, however a move has been sounded.

And now according to Italian paper Corriere dello Sport, AC Milan are ready to spring a move.
The Serie A giants are set to be taken over by consortium Sino-Europe Sports, with current owner Silvio Berlusconi willing to sell the club by March.
It is thought funds for transfers won’t be released until the takeover is completed.

The report suggests Milan are currently drawing up a transfer shortlist ahead of next summer, which is also likely to feature Real Madrid’s Isco.
Fabregas is currently under contract with the Blues until 2019.
